"Outstanding Customer Support"
Clive, over at Diginate, was super helpful right from the moment I asked about the items. He walked me through the various options and even sent samples that showed up the very next day. In the end, I didn’t go with Diginate, but that was just because the product didn’t quite fit my needs. The quality of the samples I received was top-notch.

"Ordered a bunch of stickers, got one instead..."
I placed an order for several stickers on a sheet from this seller. What I actually received was just a tiny sticker stuck in the center of an A5 sheet! If you’re not gonna provide multiple stickers on a single sheet, then you ought to update your menu title from multiple stickers on a sheet to just one small sticker on a sheet. At £13.87 for a tiny sticker, that’s one pricey little thing. I tried reaching out to their customer service through the messaging system, but it just kept saying there was an error. Long story short, I won’t be coming back.

I've been using this company regularly lately. Their customer service is fantastic. Whenever there’s been a problem, they’ve always gotten back to me quickly and fixed it up. Big shout out to Clive! I trust them with all my custom sticker projects now.

"Consistent Quality in Printing"
The quality of the printing is top-notch, just like before, but I’m giving it 4 stars this time. The prints came rolled up in a tube, which is a bit of a hassle. Normally, they show up flat, making it easier to store and send out. Now, it’s nearly impossible to keep them flat until I need to use them, thanks to the strong memory in the vinyl.
